This group has provided an arena for me to bring my irrational thought and behaviors regarding food. It has buoyed me up though tough times and celebrated my successes with me. Jenny has come up with many ingenious strategies and tips to keep the health journey interesting. The camaraderie in the group is supportive and deeply connecting. I would recommend this group to people who want to learn and understand about themselves better so that weight and food issues can be tackled at a deep level and solutions are discovered for the long term and maintenance. I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and now i believe i can turn things around, furthermore jenny has been a massive help in doing that.

Through my previous employers I had the opportunities to deal with various types of coaches or mentors, but they were always targeted towards how I could get the best out of my staff not on me.
