Deciding to enter into a coaching relationship as a means of addressing your dieting / weight issues takes a great deal of consideration. It just might be what works for you and that may involve making uncomfortable changes to your lifestyle. However if you have spent many years on the dieting treadmill, eating in secret, berating yourself in front of the mirror and defending your right to waste money on yet another diet. The overcoming endless dieting coaching programme involves a series of coaching sessions over a six month period that will enable you to….

Using a combination of coaching, Neuro linguistic programming and cognitive behavioural techniques you will become…

  • Aware of the things that you believe that are hindering your success
  • You will learn to recognise and change behavioural patterns that sabotage your success
  • You will learn to love and appreciate yourself regardless of your weight

  • You will get support and encouragement at every step of the way
  • You will identify the help, support and information you need and learn to incorporate it to your advantage
  • You will have fun losing weight, changing your lifestyle and giving up dieting for good.

  • Commitment to succeed: the determination to push forward with your goals no matter how difficult the journey becomes

How does the programme work?

Before entering the programme we will schedule an initial consultation which will provide you with the opportunity to ask all the questions you have that remain unanswered. It is vitally important for the success of the programme that you feel comfortable talking to me and that you believe you will be able to be as honest as possible about the difficulties you face.

If you decide coaching can work for you the programme will take the following form…

Week 1 = 2hr session  -  Opportunity to understand what you are trying to achieve and why
Week 2 = 2 hr session -  Consider what difficulties being the current weight causes and to understand what you stand to gain or lose if your weight / size stays the same
Week 3 =2 hr session  -  Reflect on your emotions and how being overweight makes you feel. Consider what you would like as an alternative
Week 4 = 2 hr session – Take a close look at what you have tried before, what you have benefited from, what suited you, what you would never do again
Week 6 = 1 hr session  – Cementing what you are trying to achieve based on what you have learnt so far
Week 8 = 1 hr session   – What obstacles do you face as you move towards success
Week 10 = 1 hr session – Building a robust action plan
Week 12 = 1 hr session – Setting positive attitudes that support you
Week 16 = 1 hr session – Review – How are you being kind to yourself
Week 20 = 1 hr session – Review – moving into management
Week 24 = 1 hr session – Review –Final assessment

Total cost if sessions paid for individually £550   Total cost if course paid for in full £500
