Creating your own healthy lifestyle - In just two days you could stop that endless cycle of yoyo dieting and begin to develop a range of strategies to help you achieve the healthy lifestyle you want for yourself.
How is that possible? - This workshop is designed to help you put an end to any behaviours, habits and thoughts that prevent you from living the life you want. This course is for you if:
- You have a history of endless dieting.
- Want to stop the endless cycle of dieting as much as they want to lose the weight.
- Are serious about making changes no matter how tough the journey might appear.
- Have stopped believing you can change your relationship with food.
- Want to feel comfortable in your own skin
- Want a change of conversation from eating, food and dieting
- Want STOP DIETING FOREVER!
What will you gain from the course?
- You will learn to identify what’s been holding you back.
- Have the opportunity, in a safe environment, to explore the reasons why you have developed the beliefs and behaviours you want and need to change.
- You will gain many skills and techniques to help you silence that negative voice that gets in the way of your success.

Course agenda
Day One
What do you want to achieve? We start exploring the future you would like for yourself, this will include how you would like to look and feel. How fit you would like to become. What would you like to be doing if you could stop dieting?
Experiencing the future Much in the same way as Walt Disney allowed himself to see a children’s theme park bigger and better than anyone could imagine. We will be using a range of coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques that will help you create a powerful vision that will help you bring about your goals.
Lunch
Looking at your current experience This session provides a great opportunity take the positives from everything you have tried to date. To consider what forms of exercise, behavioural patterns and weight loss plans suit your lifestyle, to identify what you have always found really difficult to stick to.
Removing the barriers to success We will take a good look at the beliefs that you have acquired regarding a healthy lifestyle, identify where that voice in your head comes from and understand we often use that inner voice to sabotage or help ourselves. We are going to knock down some of those obstacles creating an easier path forward.
Understanding exercise class This gives us an opportunity to work for an hour with a personal trainer looking at simple ways you can start to introduce or increase exercise in your daily life.
This evening we have the opportunity to enjoy a meal and socialise with other delegates
Day Two
Using our inner and outer resources You have endless skills and talents that you use in all aspects of your life, running a household, working, socialising. Creating an inventory of all that you are capable of will help you to consider how you can use those same skills to bring about the lifestyle you want for yourself.
Share achievements and successes When we are stuck in a negative thought cycle it is often difficult to see areas in our life where we have previously been successful. This session gives us the opportunity to draw from our previous achievements and put them to good use for our future.
Lunch
Taking a step forward There is only so much thinking to be done then it is time to take action. This afternoon will be spent focusing on how you can put all the knowledge, skills, helpful beliefs and new ideas that you have gained throughout the weekend into a comprehensive plan that you can take into the future ensuring that your future becomes the healthy life you would want for yourself.
