Being a Yo Yo dieter is no fun and I should know. It’s exactly what I did for 25years. Each day berating myself for over indulging and promising myself faithfully that tomorrow would be different, of course it rarely was.

I spent years as a professional dieter, I learnt how to eat too much, to eat in secret then punish myself for not having had more discipline.

I learnt to live off shakes or cabbage soup, I ate cups of green beans and endless pills and bars. I wasted many years of my life applauding myself for having lost 2lbs. The same 2lbs I had lost and gained many times before.

I specialise in helping women to participate fully in their lives regardless of their weight, shape or size. With my help you too could be so much more than your diet.

Day Four: 100 Day Goal Challenge

here's today's microactions:

 

1. 30 min stroll

2.Wise choices on the evenings night out

3. Create a food reducing habit stack

4. Go to Dr for an assessment of health

 

I am very excited to say that I finally made it out for a 30 min walk, I had a lovely climb p the hill and was greeted by a new herd of cows in the field. However my plantis fascititis played up all evening as a result I am going to have to try to get a good balance between resting my foot and exercising.

 

I managed to complete my first morning habit stack and wrote an article for the helpful tips on the reasons behind it now I simply have to keep doing it for the rest of the 100 days and prove its a useful way to change habits.

 

We had a lovely night out at a restaurant called tattu in Manchester i set myself the challenge to really think about what I was going to eat in terms of not inflaming any health issues whilst remembering I wanted to lose weight and enjoying my food like everyone else. As I am not able to eat chillis or spicy food at the moment it greatly reduced the menu however I made a compromise of Crispy belly pork for a starter (My Favourite) followed by monk fish and Jasmine rice for mains and I decided not to eat a dessert. I ate the meal slowly putting down my cutlery between mouthfuls and can honestly safe it was a delicious meal and it was nice to leave the table without feeling stuffed which would have been the case if I had had a dessert.

 

All in all I feel a very successful day.  Till tommorrow God bless x
