I successfully managed to get half my bedroom tidy and brought myself some new peach underwear. I tried a new juice at Boost (Pineapple, grape, spinach and coconut water) within half an hour my stomach was completely cramped and remained like it for the rest of the day so definitely a juice to be repeated.
Had a fun morning out looking for my Poirot costume and as much as it will be good fun I look forward to the day I am back small enough to simply walk into a fancy dress shop and get an off the peg costume.
I really think I am starting to lose some of my sweet tooth which helps in the quest for a healthier lifestyle. made my son a birthday cake and managed not to consume all the extra icing.
