I realise I am getting really good at doing the organising stuff but the weight loss actions seem to be getting pushed to the back so today's BOOST re choosing the most important actions was very timely for the next 10 days where I am going to move the focus more to physical exercise.
So today I called for my blood test results and as I guessed my blood count is questionable which at least explains my fatigue and aching joints etc will see Dr next week re plan of action but without doubt getting some weight off is going to be the biggest help to me.
Although I didnt manage to walk again today I stood for a 3hr marathon ironing session which judging by my aches and pains must have counted or something.
My son heads back to London tommorow so that will also put more routine back in my life. I would love to lose enough weight for him to really notice the difference when he comes back. This should add another layer of determination for me this week.
