Very pleased to start with the fact that I managed to fit in a long swim. I always feel so much better when I actually manage some exercise.
My son returned back to London today, him and his girlfriend have decided to commit to a six week exercise and healthy eating programme so myself and my daughter are going to try really hard to have an even bigger impact when he next comes home. So i've committed to clearing out the granny flat and turning it into a makeshift gym.
Having my family home for the summer holidays was a great excuse for not quite meeting my microactions so now they have gone i hope I can pick thing up another notch.
